ENTERPRISE PROFILE USERS
Users assigned to the 'Enterprise' profile have access to the data for all companies, offices, and agents in the organization.
COMPANY PROFILE USERS
Users assigned to the 'Company' profile have access to information across the company they belong to, including all offices and agents.
OFFICE PROFILE USERS
Users assigned to the 'Office' profile may only view data related to the specific office they work in and the agents assigned to that office.
AGENT PROFILE USERS
Your agents will only have access to their information, but they won't have to be data entry clerks. When a company or office employee enters a new contract the closing schedule for that contract will be automatically generated based upon your company's unique requirements. The agent(s) on the contract will be able to view and update that closing schedule as tasks are complete without having to key the schedule into their own software.
Sound confusing or too complicated? It isn't, we make it easy to administer. When your new BROKER+ system is turned on for your use we will provide 'security models' for each profile. You can tailor each of these models to your needs, or you may choose to use them just as they are. You may even create new models of your own to meet specific needs.
Each time you create a new user in your BROKER+ system you just 'copy' the security rules from one of these models by selecting the model from a list. Your new user's security is instantly established -- and if you want to change it after that you can do that as well!
