Current Broker+ Pricing
Our current pricing is based on a "per active agent" basis. Invoices are prepared and sent monthly, with the subscription fee due on the 1st of each month for that month's service.
Pricing starts at $6.00 per month per active agent with a decreasing unit price as the number of active agents increases and there is a minimum monthly subscription rate. There is also a new account set-up fee equal to the first month's estimated fee.
Pricing for Broker+ 2008 has not been set, however Broker+ 2008 will offer very cost-effective operation when considering the full range of services that it will provide (public web site with IDX search, agent/staff email services, and full integration with enhanced backoffice functionality).
