The BROKER+ Home Page
BROKER+ provides you with real-time information about your business.
From the moment you log on to your BROKER+ system and view the online 'white board' that tells you the state
of your business at a glance until you print your last report, BROKER+ is busy collecting information about
what is happening in your business.
All information on the Home Page is tailored to each user's Security Profile. For example, 'Company Profile' users see information for the entire company.
'Office Profile' users only see information about the business in their assigned office. Agents will only see their business statistics. Additionally, the information
available to each user is dependent upon security rules that you specify. So the examples shown here represent items that users may view. You determine
whether they will see each item or not.
The Current Business Summary
Every time you log on to BROKER+ you are presented with a summary of your business (see Fig. 1-1).
Every time you log on or return to your system's home page, you will see the status of critical business factors. You can click on the hotlink'ed totals to view, and drill down through, detailed reports in each category.
Additionally, you may select the Current Business Summary format with, or without, the "YTD Increase" and may also choose to include or omit individual rows.
Transaction Processing Statistics
If you want to monitor the data entry and transaction processing activities of your employees during the day,
you may choose to have the "Transaction Processing Statistics" displayed on your Broker+ home page (see Fig. 1-2). As with the Current Business Summary, clicking on the underlined
hotlinks will display detailed reports for your review.
Expirations and Events
Broker+ will keep you abreast of upcoming expirations,
and you may choose which alerts are displayed on each of your user's Broker+ home page (see Fig. 1-3). Detailed reports can be displayed by clicking on the underlined
hotlinks.
Todays Appointments
You may also choose to have your scheduled appointments displayed on your home page (see Fig. 1-4).
Income Projection
Broker+ will even provide you with a quick view of your cash flow projection (office $),
every time you log on (see Fig. 1-5). Agents who log on will see the cash flow projection of their agent net $.
Is This All?
No. There are other segements of information available on your Broker+ Home Page.
These additional items include: Office Ranking Summaries for both month-to-date and year-to-date totals, Agent Ranking Summaries (for Agent users), Company/Office News items,
and a comprehensive list of "Task Menus" or shortcuts to detailed information such as the one for listings shown in Figure 1-6.
There is also a navigation bar with links for popular user functions such as password changes, email address changes, and screen options (such as stylesheet selection).
The user's allowed menu options are also displayed on the Home Page.
The information provided on the home page is so comprehensive, brokers often never even have to leave the home page or the hotlinked reports to understand how their business is doing -- and we
are working to add even more information and increased customization to the home page with Broker+ 2008!

Agent Information and Management
BROKER+ maintains all the information about your agents that you would expect us to.
The basic agent information pages are tabbed for easy access. If an agent wants to meet with you to discuss their business situation, you can quickly pull up their display
and know within seconds what their business status is (see Figure 2-1).
Each tab corresponds to detailed displays of the described data for the selected agent. The tabs are:
Name and Address - displays the fields shown in Figure 2-1.
Status - displays fields such Hire Date, Commission Plan Date, License Number, Title, etc.
Special - contains some custom fields customized for certain clients.
Hiring Requirements - displays the list of Hiring Requirements for the selected agent.
Pending Contracts (Sales) - displays the list of pending contracts (sales) this agent currently has and provides hotlink access to each.
Listings - displays the listings this agent currently has and provides hotlink access to each listings detailed data.
Company Business - displays the list of company referrals and company leads currently assigned to this agent, the status of each, and hotlinks to each client's records.
Commission History - displays the complete list of commission history items for this agent.
Billing - displays the office bill details (including charges and payments) and current total for this agent.
Commission Plans - displays the commission plan(s) this agent is assigned to. Yes, you can assign an agent to multiple commission plans (such as one for listing sides, selling sides, company referrals, company leads, etc). Broker+ will take care of determining which plan to use for each side.
Business Plans - displays the Business Plan records entered for this agent.
Files - displays the list of files that have been uploaded and attached to this agent's record. You can upload any PC-based file such as a scanned image of this agent's commission agreement.

Client Information and Management
The information on your clients is comprehensive and easy to maintain.
The client information pages are tabbed for easy access (see Figure 3-1).
Each tab corresponds to detailed displays of the described data for the selected client. The tabs are:
Name and Address - displays the fields shown in Figure 3-1.
Status - displays fields such First Contact Date, Next Contact Date, Priority, Current Status, etc.
Buyer - contains detailed information about the client's preferences/status as a Buyer (such as number of bedrooms desired, number of bathrooms desired, etc.).
Seller - contains detailed information about the client's preferences/status as a Seller (such as property to list, when the client wants to list their property, etc.)
Referrals - displays the list of referrals (past and present with current status) this client has been involved in and provides hotlink access to each.
Contracts (Sales) - displays a list of past and present contracts (sales) this client has had with your company and provides hotlink access to each.
Listings - displays a list of the listings this client has had and provides hotlink access to each.
Agent(s) - displays the agent(s) currently assigned to this client.
Marketing Plans - displays the marketing plans this client is currently assigned to.
Activities - displays a list of the activities in the Broker+ Calendar related to this client (including marketing plan activities), the date each activity is (was) due and its current status.
Files - displays the list of files that have been uploaded and attached to this client's record. You can upload any PC-based file such as a scanned image of a letter sent to you by this client or the client's Buyer Representation Agreement.
In addition, you can even generate specific referral-related documents or send a letter or email to the client directly from this screen.

Sales (Contracts) Management
Broker+ has powerful and flexible sales management. The information maintained on each sales contract is comprehensive and easy to maintain.
The contract information pages are tabbed for easy access (see Figure 4-1).
Each tab corresponds to detailed displays of the described data for the selected contract. The tabs are:
Terms and Conditions - displays the fields shown in Figure 4-1. You may the commissions for each side by sales price percentage or fixed amounts, and you may also enter additional non-commission revenue.
Outside Office - displays information about the other office (co-broke) involved in the transaction (if applicable).
Seller - contains information about the Seller, including a link to the Seller's referral (if applicable).
Buyer - contains information about the Buyer, including a link to the Buyer's referral (if applicable).
Vendors - displays the service providers (vendors) involved in the transaction, including the mortgage company, title/escrow/closing company, inspection company, etc.
Agent(s) - displays a list of your agents involved in the transaction plus payment references for any owed referral fees.
Activities - displays the scheduled closing activities. Closing activities may be scheduled from pre-defined plans, and additional activities may be added as needed.
Closing Requirements - the list of documents needed before the transaction can be closed is displayed on this tab. Each document may be checked off as present prior to closing to ensure compliance with office procedures.
Files - displays the list of files that have been uploaded and associated with this transaction, including hotlinks for individual file viewing.
Pictures - pictures may also be uploaded and attached to transactions as needed. This tab displays a list of the associated pictures and hotlinks for viewing.
Log - Broker+ maintains an internal log of activities related to each transaction. Clicking on this tab will display that log.
From this same page, you may re-calculate commissions, deductions, agent bill payments, etc. and update the resulting office/agent net amounts, you can specify disbursements for check amounts, print the related commissions statements for inclusion in the agents' checks, and even send letters/emails to Buyers/Sellers.
The sales management portion of Broker+ is much more comprehensive than can be described here. If you request access to a demonstration system, you will be able to see more of the powerful features of the system.

Listings Management
The information maintained on each listing is contained in a tabbed form similar to other critical business objects
(see Figure 5-1).
Each tab corresponds to detailed displays of the described data for the selected listing. The tabs are:
Listing - displays the fields shown in Figure 5-1.
Showing Information - displays information about showing the listing, including lockbox number, key number, showing instructions, showing contacts, etc.
Agent(s) - displays a list of your agent(s) who have the listing.
Activities - displays the scheduled activities related to this listing. Listing activities may be scheduled from pre-defined plans, and additional activities may be added as needed. Additionally, advertising activities and appointments are included in this list so that you can easily print a report and give it to the listing client for their review in listing status meetings.
Advertising - displays a list of the advertising "groups" for this listing for selection/editing. Each listing may have up to three ads written for use in different publications.
Unconfirmed Appointments - displays a list of the unconfirmed appointments for review and editing.
Confirmed Appointments - displays a list of the confirmed appointments for this listing for review and editing.
Files - displays the list of files that have been uploaded and associated with this listing, including hotlinks for individual file viewing.
Pictures - displays the list of files that have been uploaded and associated with this listing, including hotlinks for individual file viewing.
From this same page, you can also quickly send a letter/email to seller.

Activities Management
"My Calendar" is the page from where the user can manage their activities, including automatically generated listing, transaction, marketing, and referral activities as well as their own appointments and meetings.
(see Figure 6-1).
BROKER+ handles all of your activities and provides easy access to items that are scheduled for completion, including:
Closing activities;
Listing activities;
Marketing activities;
Quality Assurance Callbacks;
Recruiting activities; and,
Referral activities.
Plus, from this same page your employees and agents can track their appointments, reminders, notes, other tasks, and even mileage and business expenses. Reports are already written that can
summarize the mileage and business expenses at the end of the year!

Referral Information and Management
Referral information is maintained separately (but connected to) from the Client's record.
By handling the Referral info in this manner, we allow multiple Referrals to be associated with the same Client.
Comprehensive data is maintained defining the Terms and Conditions of each Referral in your system (see Figure 7-1). You may pay referral fees to up to 2 different outside companies, and when the transaction
associated with an Inbound Referral is closed, the various commission fields are automatically calculated and updated for easy handling.
Various referral-related documents are produced easily and quickly using the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Pre-defined Reports
Over 65 reports are provided with your Broker+ system and available for use.
When running reports, various selection criteria can be specified including from/to dates, offices, and agents. These 65+ reports are in addition to over 50
reports available from various hotlinks and data entry screens. Together, the reporting capabilities within Broker+ provide you with superior
information concerning the state of your business.
